Over the last few months, I have been doing plenty of reading about iPhone dev (native apps as opposed to web based) and bookmarking my little heart out on delicious to come back to when I’m ready to have a crack at it.
Today is finally that day.
I do need to mention I have no previous Objective-C experience or much app development since 2nd year uni (C++ et al - after that I moved more to web based stuff), so I’m pretty much just throwing myself into it. Also, I’m not a member of the Apple Dev Network (at least a paying member) so I don’t have access to all the super goodies. I’m pretty much just a bedroom coder that is going to be having some fun, and if I actually get anything worthwhile going, than that is just a bonus.
I have an idea for the kind of App I want to build, but that will come out more as I log my efforts.
I cant remember either if this wordpress theme logs the time, but I officially started my iPhone app development on the 24th September, 2008 at 11:12pm.
